Refund policy

Your contract sets the terms

We do not sell anything directly on this website. Every project and retainer is agreed in a written proposal or contract, and that document sets out what you pay, when, and when a payment can be refunded. Please read that section before you sign; ask us if anything is unclear and we will explain it in writing.

What applies to every client

• You only pay amounts listed in your signed proposal. There are no setup, cancellation or administration fees unless your proposal lists them.
• Retainers (advertising, SEO, care plans) run month to month and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice, as our services page says.
• Money we pay to other companies for you, such as domains, app-store fees, software licences or advertising spend, can be refunded only if, and as far as, that company refunds us.
• The free guide costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@b-nimble.com with your name, the project or invoice, and why you are asking. We reply within five business days and handle the request under your contract. If you are not happy with the answer, reply and we will review it again with you.
