B-Nimble Media LLC (“B-Nimble Media”, “we”, “us”) runs b-nimble.com and bnimblemedia.com. We are based in Reading, PA 19605, United States, and we decide how the personal data described here is used. Contact: hello@b-nimble.com.
Your name, email, the topic and your message, plus anything optional you add (company, phone, budget range). We also record which page you sent it from, the time, and your IP address, which we use only to spot abuse and spam. We use this to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and keeping the form free of abuse.
Your email and, if you give it, your name. We use them to send you the guide and to answer you if you write to us, nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list. Basis: your request.
The email, name and details you give on the privacy request page, and a note of what we did. Basis: our legal obligation to handle and record these requests.
If you click “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics from Google LLC. It records the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location (country or city level), device and browser type, and sets the cookies listed in our cookie policy. IP anonymisation is on, and Google signals and advertising features are off. If you reject, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics does not load. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
When you click a main button or open a case study, the site records the action, the page and the time on our own server, with a code made from your IP address and the date that changes every day and cannot be turned back into your address. It counts unique visitors per day without cookies and without identifying you. Basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful.
Like every web server, ours logs each request: IP address, page, time, browser type and the referring page. We use the logs to keep the site secure and working. Addresses that probe for known attack paths are blocked automatically for 24 hours. Basis: our legitimate interest in security.
Your cookie choice, your light or dark theme, and a note that stops a pop-up showing twice. These stay on your device; see the cookie policy.
They process data on our instructions under their data-processing terms. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
Our servers are in the United States. If you write to us from outside the US, your data is transferred to and stored in the US. Where the law requires it, we rely on our providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
Use the privacy request page or email hello@b-nimble.com. It is free. We reply within 30 days, and first confirm the request comes from the owner of the email address. You can use an authorised agent, and a parent or guardian can act for a child. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. If we decline a request we explain why, and you can ask us to reconsider by replying to that email.
California and other US states: residents of states with privacy laws (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Texas) have the rights above, including to know, correct and delete. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of; we still honour Global Privacy Control signals.
EU, UK and Swiss visitors: you also have the rights to data portability and to restrict processing, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
This site and our services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. Our forms ask you to confirm you are 16 or older. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child sent us personal data, use the privacy request page or email hello@b-nimble.com and we will delete it.
The site is served only over HTTPS. Stored messages are kept on our server with restricted file permissions and shown only in our password-protected admin, server access uses keys rather than passwords, and the server receives security updates automatically. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you as the law requires.
When our practices change we update this page and the date at the top. For a significant change that affects data we already hold, we will tell the people affected.
